Ocean is strategically important for high-quality development and constitutes a vital part of the national land space. On April 10-13, 2022, Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out during his inspection tour in Hainan that "building China into a strong maritime country is a major strategic task for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." Given the strategy of building a maritime power, insisting on the land-sea coordination and pursuing the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, China Construction Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd.(CCSTC) actively envisions the development of future land spatial planning, and explores various possibilities of marine architecture. It is committed to helping the construction of future marine cities with innovative technology, and contributing its scientific and technological strength to advancing the high-quality development of China's marine economy and building a marine power.

In order to respond to the national marine strategy, fulfill the Group's core concept of "Technology leads the future of architecture" and focus on the corporate positioning of "a good partner for future city construction and development", CCSTC takes an active part in the China Marine Economy Expo and holds theme forums to discuss with experts and scholars about the national land spatial planning model under the background of land-sea coordination, the development and future of marine architecture, and the application of architectural industrialization in marine architecture.
