Shenzhen, as a core city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, has been sparing no effort in developing into a global marine center. In the process, work in marine culture, tourism, science, and education is one of the development priorities, which highly fits with the characteristics of Shenzhen. CIMC Offshore Holdings Limited ("CIMC Offshore"), a leader in ocean engineering in China, has leaped to the top echelon in the world in terms of the design and construction of deepwater platforms and has achieved many breakthroughs in marine culture, tourism, science, and education projects. China Academy of Art is the only top fine arts school in China evaluated as double A in art and design. Sichuan Fine Arts Institute is the only fine arts institution of higher education in Southwest China. CIMC Offshore, in conjunction with China Academy of Art and Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, has designed several sets of  schemes for the development of marine culture, tourism, science, and education in Shenzhen, which is a perfect fusion of"technology and art" and "technology and aesthetics". The design deliverables will be released in the special forum of China Marine Economy Expo, featuring the sharing of the project practice of Chinese marine experts in this industry, the academic research reports by professors of China Academy of Art and Sichuan Fine Arts Institute on marine culture, tourism, science, and education, as well as the multimedia sharing of the design process of excellent design work. There is a blend of industry and academia, of actual projects and future ideas in the content in a variety of forms, which is lively and interesting.
