Beijing Hydro-Tech Marine Ltd is a professional company focusing on development and manufacture of the oceanographic & hydrographic survey products. The company has launched a series of multi-beam echo sounder, side-scan sonar and sound velocity profiler products, and also can provide customized designed products and system integration service. The all products have been applied to hydrography, dredging, offshore engineering, ocean scientific research and others' industry.
The company consists of experts in underwater acoustics , senior electronics manufacturing engineers, technology support elites, and excellent operational manager. It has formed an innovative organizational structure including research&development, manufacturing, sales and service. And the company has independent intellectual properties of all self-developed products, related core technologies and brands.
From 2008 to 2010，the company's core R&D team participated in the development of the “The First Generation Commercial Multi-Beam Echo Sounder in China” and completed the product testing and upgrading. The product had been applied to many real oceanographic & hydrographic survey projects.
From 2012 to 2015，the "Second Generation" and the "Third Generation" multi-beam echo sounder was developed. At the same time, the Sound Velocity Sonar and Profiler using “time of flight” technology was developed and manufactured. The company first put forward the concept of “Integration of Inertial Naivgation System and Sonar” and used the technology into the first all-in-one shallow water multi-beam echo sounder—Hydro-tech MS400.
In 2016, Hydro-tech’s “Fourth Generation” oceanographic & hydrographic survey technology platform was mature, and its feature is “Integration of Inertial Naivgation System and Sonar, All-in-one for portble use”.
The “Fourth Generation” multi-beam echo sounder—Hydro-tech MS400 was mass produced, and the specifications of MS400 have achieved the First-class International Level.
The high-precision surface sound velocity Sensors SVS1500 and the sound velocity profile SVP1500 was mass produced and sold.
In 2017, Hydro-tech Marine was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in China, and MS400 kept zero repairs all the time. In the same year, a customized multi-beam echo sounder -MS200 and a Side-scan Sonar- SS3060 were developed and completely tested.
In 2018, Hydro-tech’s “Fifth Generation” oceanographic & hydrographic survey technology platform had gradually formed and its key technologies are muddy water survey, multibeam side-scan imaging ,wide-band and wide-frequency technology.
Hydro-tech MS400 and MS200 continued to keep zero repair and the first domestic market share in China. In the same year, MS400 was uesd in survey projects in Africa and Southeast Asia.
The sound velocity sensor -Hydro-tech SVS1500 and SVP1500 had been highly recognized by the user and rapidly popularized.
In 2019, Hydro-tech’s “Fifth Generation” oceanographic & hydrographic survey technology platform has been constructed and its feature is "Matching hydrological environment and integrating information technology".
Based on the "Fifth Generations Technology Platform", a new multi-beam echo sounder and side-scan sonar product platform were constructed, and a series of multi-beam echo sounder products which are MS400P, MS400H, MS8200,MS8200H, MS8240 ,have been launched and can satisfy the users in different industries.
